I am a certified professional coach and have been leading and developing people and teams for more than 20 years. I feel most alive when I’m helping other people get in touch with what they value, what they’re good at, and what makes them feel most fulfilled.

I found coaching through my career at lululemon, a career I came to by accident after I abruptly quit my job as an attorney to work at my local mall.

From my first conversation with a professional coach, I knew coaching would change my life. Coaching gave me the tools, insight and space to know myself more deeply, clarify my personal values, and to communicate, lead, and make choices that are aligned with who I am, what my purpose is, and what it means to me to live my fullest life.

I know for certain that I never would have gone to law school, if I’d found coaching first.
